Orders and Shipping

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO MAKE MY PRODUCT? Most items ship within 2 - 3 days from time of order. Custom items can take approximately 14 days, unless otherwise noted.
  • DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS? Custom orders are available as noted and may be available upon request. Looking for something in particular? Click Here to ask about a custom order through our Contact Form.
  • WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO AND WHAT DOES IT COST? Currently we are only shipping within the United States mainland. We ship from our workshop which is located in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
  • HOW DO YOU SHIP? We currently ship items via UPS. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Product Care

  • ARE YOUR PAINTS AND STAINS SAFE? All paint and stains are environmentally friendly, and water based. We use 100% food grade mineral oil on our cutting boards and charcuterie boards.
  • CUTTING BOARD CARE: It’s natural to have knife marks on your cutting board, especially the more you use it. We recommend that you use one side for cutting and the other side for display of food.

Returns and Cancellations

  • DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? I want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. Therefore, I will accept returns except on custom orders and intimate items including cutting boards and charcuterie boards (for health/hygiene reasons). To request a return, please email me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • DO YOU ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS ON CUSTOM ORDERS? I don’t accept canceled custom orders. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
